Sashing with Tula's Lazy Stripe

Sashing with Tula Pink's Lazy Stripe fabric.

These strips are cut at 1 1/2 inch, finishing at 1".  
  

I've been wanting to do a striped sashing for a while and have been hording these 2 metres for a year or so.

 

I plan to put a border on to increase the size but haven't quite figured out where I want to go with that.  Just waiting for inspiration to hit!


Halfway there, 4 rows to go ( one row is missing here)

    Oh wow! that really gives that quilt pizzazz and it pops right out! Great use of the stripes!

    It is super fun the way you cut those striped sashings. I would have never thought to do it that way, but it is perfect! Thinking out of the box makes things so incredible some times.
